Script
You come to us with your story. We have a project scoping questionnaire that helps gather information about the project and crystallize ideas.
Lights
This is our ideation phase. We do a deep dive into the requirements and even carry out proofs of concept (POCs) to ensure we can solve the business problems efficiently through our technical solutions. We brainstorm ideas with the client team to ensure the solution is bulletproof.
Camera
This is when the preparation starts. The design team gets into gear to ensure the layout is perfected. The tech team starts the preparation by architecting the solution, collaborating with third party apps or partners if needed and laying the foundation for the implementation
Action
This is where the final execution of the approved solution starts and is closely monitored by the project manager and director. We follow a test driven approach so all our scenes (oops I mean deliverables) are subject to unit testing to weed out bugs.
Release
We plan a picture perfect premiere. We facilitate complete knowledge transfer and also provide documentation as needed, to help your team manage the solution with very little help. And if you need us to edit the finished product or to build a sequel - we are always there to help.
